1. No Refunds: All fees paid to Shield Defence College are non-refundable, including but not limited to tuition fees, registration fees, and any other associated costs. Once payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from a course, no refund will be issued. Students are encouraged to thoroughly review all course details before making a commitment.

3. Exceptional Circumstances: While our policy is strictly no refunds, the college may, at its sole discretion, review individual cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions made will be solely at the discretion of the college and not guaranteed.
