We at Shield Defence College are providing complete assistance in SSB interview preparation. For the same, we have the arrangement of all the necessary equipment and ground area. Highly qualified and experienced assessors GTOs (Group Testing Officers) are assigned to teach and train the students. Those GTOs are retired DIPR-learned, army personnel, and military officials who have decided to guide future army officers.
GTO grounds at the campus have the optimal number of hurdles and obstacles for overall physical training and SSB preparation. Physical fitness has tremendously increased among all the coaching students. Many outdoor activities are organised which include group discussions, command tasks, individual obstacles, group planning, snake race, final group tasks, etc.
In our training, the defence exam aspirants will get to learn many important interpersonal skills which are also tested in the SSB exam. These are leadership skills, teamwork, effective communication skills, time management, confidence, etc.
